Choose the area that you wish to target. Place the tip of the device directly on that area. You can place Paingone against the skin, but it can also be applied through clothing.
Paingone is manually operated. Click the device 30 – 40 times to apply. This takes about 1 minute. For Paingone Plus, the automatic version, just hold the button down for 30 seconds.
If you wish to cover a larger area, you can simply move the Paingone around as you click.
Apply Paingone to additional areas by repeating the steps above. A majority of users find that between 1 and 5 applications per day is sufficient.

When Should I use Paingone?
Our customer advisors find the most popular times people use the device are: first thing in the morning, around lunch and again last thing at night.
How many times should I click the device?
Click 30-40 times per application. Clicking more than 40 times will not have any greater effect.
How should I hold it?
Hold the device in the palm of your hand and wrap your fingers firmly around it. Your thumb should remain free to press the activating button. Ensure that your fingers make firm contact with the metal ring.
Can someone else use it on me to reach my back?
Yes. To use Paingone on someone else, hold the device in one hand, making sure the fingers are firmly wrapped around the metal ring. With your other hand, make contact with the person receiving the electrical stimulation. For example, place your hand on their shoulder. This will ensure that the electrical discharge is transferred correctly.
Does it break the skin?
No. Paingone is completely non-invasive.
How long will it last?
The device typically provides around 100,000 clicks, and a 2 year warranty is provided. Many users have had their paingone* for over 3 years.
I sometimes see a spark when I apply it. Is this normal?
This usually indicates that the device is not being held correctly. Check that the device is being held in accordance with the instructions and, in particular, pay attention that firm contact is being made with the metal band encircling the device.
Who should NOT use Paingone?
If you are fitted with a Pacemaker, have epilepsy or are pregnant, you should NOT use Paingone.
How often should I use it?
Most users find that between 1 and 5 applications per day is sufficient.

Place the device directly on, or as close as possible, to the area you wish to use it.
How long does it take to work?
Response times vary from patient to patient and by condition. Some users report effects within minutes, while others have to wait a little longer. The degree of relief experienced varies from user to user and is affected by a variety of factors, including the severity of the user’s condition.
What does Paingone feel like?
Sensitivity to application of Paingone varies among users and by areas of the body. Some people find that they barely feel the pulses emitted. This is completely normal and does not indicate that there is a problem with the device. Other users find that each pulse delivers a small sensation to the skin. Again, this is completely normal.
How do I know if it’s working?
When you press the activating button, it will make a ‘click’ noise. As long as it makes this ‘click’ noise, you can be sure that the device is working. When all the charge in the device has been used, it will no longer make a clicking noise when the activating button is pressed. At this point the device will need to be replaced.
If I don’t use it, will it lose its charge?
No. The device retains its charge during periods of inactivity.
Can it be used on children?
We do not recommend that children use the device.
Can it be used to stimulate acupuncture points?
